Student Union Food Bank
For those of you who are experiencing financial hardship the Student Union Food Bank is stocked full with food, toiletries and period products for those of you who may need it.
To access the Student Union Food Bank or request a parcel, please email studentsunion@aup.ac.uk. This way we can ensure there will be someone in the SU Office to allow you access, and also to ensure there are sufficient items for you.
If you would like to donate to the Student Union Food Bank, please email us and drop your donations to the Student Union Office or Tavistock Place Reception.
If you are a current student finishing your studies at AUP - you can also donate your remaining student card credit to our food bank! Just fill out this form.
Alternatively, you can purchase items from our Amazon Wish List to be delivered straight to us, which helps us continue this amazing support system for our student body.
Please note that we are not able to accept items that need to be refrigerated or frozen, or fresh items that will perish quickly.
Lockdown 2021 Update
During the third national lockdown, the Student Union Team had limited access to the campus, only intermittently for access to the Student Union Food Bank.
Students who were in need of food, toiletries or period products during this time were able to email Student Union President 2020-2022, Harriet Moore, who was running the Student Union Food Bank from her flat and could arrange safe, socially-distanced collections or no-contact deliveries to your door.
In the event of another lockdown or similar, we plan to revert to this process.
